Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Maple Construction Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
