Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charleston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
