Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Oak Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
