Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Fern Energy is an energy provider in Fresno focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
