Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
