Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Fern Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
