Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Oak Civic Services supports public agencies in Providence with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
