Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
