Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Vista Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
