Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
