Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
