Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Dallas plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
