Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Junction Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Indianapolis and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
