Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Ridge Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
