Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Sacramento area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
