Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath West Energy Partners delivers power and gas plans across the Louisville region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
