Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Glen Banking Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
