Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Rowan Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Tampa plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
