Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Medical Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 626 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
