Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
