Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Wren Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
