Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Willow Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
