Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Cross Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
