Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 526 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
