Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Meridian Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Seattle, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
