Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Vista Financial serves customers across Reno with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
