Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
