Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Meridian Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 765 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
