Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
