Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Harbor Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Atlanta, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
