Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Fernwood Willow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Baltimore, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
