Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Nest Financial Group serves customers across Birmingham with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
