Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in San Diego with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
