Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Las Vegas focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
