Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Fern Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in El Paso working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
