Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Portland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
