Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Hartford focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
