Bluepeak Haven Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
