Northwind Stone Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
