Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
