Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
