Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
