Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
