Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
