Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Cross Civic Services supports public agencies in Austin with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
