Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Oak Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
