Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Wichita with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
