Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Lumen Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tampa focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
