Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Junction Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
