Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ashton Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
